By accessing, registering on, or using the x111 platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a registered player placing bets — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and x111 (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the x111 platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms.

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your x111 account login credentials, including your username and password. x111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to adequately protect your login details.

You must notify x111's support team immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. x111 reserves the right to suspend or lock an account pending investigation in circumstances where suspicious activity is detected.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You may not allow any third party to access or use your x111 account on your behalf.
• x111 accounts are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you wish to close your account, you may request closure by contacting x111 support via live chat. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed normally.

x111 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requests for certified copies of identification documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

x111 accepts deposits via Bitcoin, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of the x111 platform at the time of transaction.

All deposits are credited in your x111 account currency equivalent. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of blockchain confirmation. x111 does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a crypto deposit is initiated and the time it is confirmed on-chain.

x111 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal in circumstances where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. In such circumstances, x111 may freeze the relevant account balance pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Players must not deposit funds with any intention other than genuine gameplay. x111 monitors deposit and withdrawal patterns and reserves the right to close accounts where patterns consistent with money laundering or deposit cycling are identified.

x111 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all x111 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: x111 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion is detected.

x111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus in progress at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in place at the time of their claim.

All bets placed on x111 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, as displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. x111 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical error or human error in odds compilation.
• x111 reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits per event, per day, or per player. These limits are displayed in the relevant sports betting section.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at x111's discretion, for example in response to significant on-field events or data feed interruptions.
• Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. x111 is not responsible for subsequent changes to results arising from official review processes after initial settlement.

For casino games and slots, all games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the relevant testing laboratory. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panel. x111 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on x111. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access or interact with the x111 platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other competitive games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been deposited and used for gaming.

x111 employs automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct and reserves the right to act on detection without prior warning. Decisions regarding account suspension for prohibited conduct are final, though players may contact support to seek clarification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

x111's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their x111 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date the claim arises.

x111 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. x111 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform, the accuracy of information on the platform, or the results of gameplay.

x111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on x111, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

Upon termination for cause, x111 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via a withdrawal to their registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which x111 holds its operating licence.
